About Our Food
RED CHILE SAUCE - a medium-spicy, authentic, natural, full-flavored sauce made with guajillo & cascabel chile peppers. Comes on all CHEESE ENCHILADAS. In Guanajuato, it is Salsa Minera (“Miner Sauce”) due to the silver mines there.
CHILI MEAT SAUCE - a Texas chuckwagon chili sauce made with fresh ground chuck & a blend of peppers & comino. Comes on all BEEF ENCHILADAS.
SOUR CREAM SAUCE – made w/real sour cream and white cheese, rich & full of flavor. Comes on all CHICKEN ENCHILADAS & PARILLA CON QUESO BLANCO.
RANCHERO SAUCE - made with roasted ripe tomatoes simmered with green chile and fresh garlic. Comes on all CHILE RELLENOS, FAJITA ENCHILADAS, & VEGGIE ENCHILADAS.
CHILE VERDE SAUCE – a spicy sauce made w/tomatillos, green chiles, & garlic. Comes on all BRISKET CHIMICHANGAS & BRISKET BURRITOS.
